How do I book a bin?
You can book a bin quickly and easily here. Alternatively, you can call 0433 400 035 and we will be able to assist you with a booking. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 7am to 12pm. You can send an enquiry via our contact page and we will contact you within 48 hours to finalise your booking.
How much notice is required to book a bin?
We recommend that you book at least 24 hours in advance. Depending on how busy we are, we should be able to accommodate a same day delivery.
For how long can I hire a skip bin?
We offer skip bins for a hire period to 1 to 14 days.
How can I pay for a bin?
Payment is to be made prior to or at the time of delivery. We accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash to the driver on delivery
- Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa only) over the phone at the time of booking (please be aware that your card will be processed on the day of delivery)
Will I need a council permit?
Generally, if a bin is placed on council property (mostly just on the road or a park), you will need a council permit. You will be able to get a permit from your council page. Any questions just call us.

Are there any additional charges?
We incur extra costs for the disposal of tyres and mattresses, which are passed on to our customers. These additional charges are as follows:
Mattresses - $20 each
Car Tyres - $20 each
Truck Tyres - $50 each
Can I specify a delivery and removal time?
We can provide a two hour window for the delivery of bins. We provide a window rather than a specific time to account for traffic conditions, unforeseen delays and other bookings in place. As a general rule, we do not provide time for our removals. However if you have a specific requirement we will do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.
To what level can I fill the bin?
The bin must only be filled to the top so that it is level with the side of the bin. Due to occupational health and safety, waste cannot exceed the height of the bin. If your bin is overloaded, you may be required to offload it before it can be removed from site. Please note an overloading fee of up to $110 may apply.
What waste is not accepted?
We do not accept asbestos, tins of liquid paint, gas bottles, liquids, oils, food scraps or chemical waste in solid, liquid or powder form including garden and household chemicals.
